OK, these aren’t exactly like potato chips, but they are very crisp and melt in your mouth. And if you season them, they’re quite tasty. Remember, I’m a girl who just discovered kale. I’ll definitely make these again, but next time I’ll make a big bag of them.
I had half of a bag of kale that had the ends taken off, so they were ready to eat.
Ingredients
4-6 cups kale leaves
1 TBS olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Pour the oil and salt and herbs in the bag with the kale and mix them up well.
Spray a bar pan with baking spray.
Pour the kale mixture onto the baking pan.
Pop in the oven for a total of 8-10 minutes. Turn then about half way through. Watch to be sure they don’t burn.
Eat warm or cold; as a vegetable or a snack.
Easy as that! Dr. Oz says kale is one of the food superstars, so indulge in this fun and crisp treat.

This is KALE, not kelp…
Thank you! I wish you had found me months ago, but I do appreciate the correction.
